Fatigue

An adult that is regularly eating a food that they are intolerant to will be tired.  Whatever your other symptoms are, fatigue will go hand in hand with them.

I would always advise a client whose tiredness did not improve when on my suggested diet to consult their GP, as they may need to have their adrenal and thyroid function assessed, but a lot of clients will already have had these blood tests to exclude anaemia and a thyroid problem.

The results show that elimination of the foods give a massive improvement in energy level and decrease tiredness and lethargic symptoms.

I can also see people with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. My input is a key part of their recovery and I can point them in the direction of other practitioners who could provide other helpful interventions.
